Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson couple got married in 2003. They sold their Calabasas home in 2006 with asking price to be $3.75 at that time. However, it’s back on the market for a paltry $1.95 million.
As Luxist calls it “Mediterranean McMansion” has more than 6,400 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths.
