Mel Gibson has a luxurious house “Old Mill Farm” in Greenwich, Connecticut. It’s been on the market from 2007, when the price was set at $39.5 million. Two years later, it has been slashed to a paltry $29.75 million.
In 1926“Old Mill Farm” was designed and built by the architect Charles Lewis Bowman. It has 15 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, with 16,000 square feet. The house sits on 77 acres.

Michael J. Fox, his wife Tracy Pollan, and their four children are going to the new and gorgeous house in Quogue. It’s an incorporated village inside Southampton, New York. According to Newsday’s Real LI blog, “they paid $6.3 million for the 6 bedroom, 7.5 bath home” (it had been on the market for $7.25 million, so they got a deal)
The house sits on 1.11 acres and it got seven fireplaces, a 17×11-foot wine cellar, a 250 sq foot guest house, and Gunite pool with spa. The kitchen opens to a sunroom overlooking a private garden, and leads to a wraparound screened porch with fireplace. The second-floor master suite leads to a roof deck overlooking Quantuck Bay.
