Lisa Vanderpump is currently a housewife on Bravo’s hit reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Her husband, Kenneth Todd, is a British restaurateur. They live in the guard gated community of Beverly Park in Beverly Hills, CA. They live right across from the street from fellow cast-mate Adrienne Maloof and her plastic surgeon husband Paul Nassif.

Candy Spelling may be relinquishing her title of having the most expensive listing in America — $150 million. The Manor, the home she built in 1990 with her husband TV magnate Aaron Spelling, is under contract to be sold to Petra Ecclestone, the 22-year-old daughter of Formula One magnate Bernie Ecclestone.

Suzanne Somers’ Pretty Unusual Property in Palm Springs

Suzanne Somers and her husband Alan Hamel have put thier Palm Springs compound on the market. They were originally asking for $35 million. However, it’s now decreased to $12.9. The house is located in a secluded canyon above downtown Palm Springs on a piece of 65 acres land.
According to Luxist:
The pair bought the land back in 1977, gradually enhancing the 65 acres with guest houses, an amphitheater, an updated pool and a renovated and expanded main house. Somers filled the home with a decor as exuberant as she is, French country touches keep company with velvet sofas, giant chandeliers and more than one zebra skin rug.
There are 7 different suites and houses. All of them are connected by rock terraces and natural gardens, so it’s a pretty unusual property. The grounds are stunning.

Charlie Sheen’s $3.7M Mediterranean-Style Home in Los Angeles

According to The Wall Street Journal, Sheen is in escrow to buy a property for £4.65m ($7.5 million USD) just a few blocks away from his current home. The home Sheen is allegedly purchasing is owned by Mike Medavoy, the producer behind the Academy Award-winning film “Black Swan.” The Mediterranean-style house (pictured below) sits on a half-acre lot, with nearly 10,000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, both a game and media room, a library, gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, and large living and dining areas. There is also an outdoor bar and kitchen just steps from the outdoor swimming pool.

Kim Kardashian bought a new house in Beverly Hills earlier in 2010. “A tempest of siblings, business and fame engulf Olympic decathlete Bruce Jenner and paparazzi fave Kim Kardashian as their huge Hollywood families collide.”
The new Mediterranean Villa has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and lots of fireplaces. The asking price of the house was of $5M at first, and eventually reduced to 3.8. We are not confirmed as to how much she actually paid for it!!

The house has over 8,000 square feet. At Outside of Katharine Hepburn’s estate in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, a hand-painted sign politely requested potential lookiloos to “Please Go Away.” If that wasn’t enough to convince, a “Keep Out” sign was tacked below it, too.
The home sold a year later, after her death, to Barbara and Frank Sciame for $6m. The Sciames bought the property as an investment. They renovated it and just put it back again for sale for $28 million.

Larry Hagman’s “Heaven” Is For Sale AT $9.5 Million

Larry and his wife Maj live in the largest solar-powered residence in the U.S, which stands on 43 acres in Ojai, California. When they were trying to decide what to name their home, Maj said, “Let’s call it heaven, because this is the closest you’re ever going to get.”
They are intending to sale the “Heaven” for $9.3 million. According to the listing:
The house the Hagmans built is a grand Mediterranean-style residence sited atop Ojai’s picturesque Sulphur Mountain Road with commanding views of the ocean, Channel Islands, mountains, and surrounding Ventura Valley.
