Matthew Perry’s $4.5 Million House in Los Angeles
0Matthew Perry, Perennial bachelor, just bought a 4,100 square-foot bachelor pad in L.A. for $4.5 million.

Born in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Matthew Perry was raised in Ottawa, Ontario, where he became a top-ranked junior tennis player in Canada. However, after moving to Los Angeles at the age of 15 to live with his father (actor John Bennett Perry), he became more interested in acting. In addition to performing in several high school stage productions, he remained an avid tennis player. Perry ranked 17th nationally in the junior singles category and third in the doubles category. Upon graduating from high school, Perry intended to enroll at the University of Southern California. However, when he was offered a leading role on the television series, “Second Chance” (1987), he seized the opportunity to begin his acting career.
According to Sotheby’s International Realty, the house is a “spectacular modern home with soaring mountain, city, and ocean views. Located at the end of a quiet, hilltop cul-de-sac, this one-of-a-kind gated estate flows effortlessly, lives graciously, and speaks lifestyle.”

Larry Hagman’s “Heaven” Is For Sale AT $9.5 Million
0Larry and his wife Maj live in the largest solar-powered residence in the U.S, which stands on 43 acres in Ojai, California. When they were trying to decide what to name their home, Maj said, “Let’s call it heaven, because this is the closest you’re ever going to get.”
They are intending to sale the “Heaven” for $9.3 million. According to the listing:
The house the Hagmans built is a grand Mediterranean-style residence sited atop Ojai’s picturesque Sulphur Mountain Road with commanding views of the ocean, Channel Islands, mountains, and surrounding Ventura Valley.
The house is approximately 18,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms, 13 full and two half bathrooms, Heaven features richly appointed open living spaces with large spans of sliding glass walls that offer unobstructed vistas of the surrounding landscape.

Whoopi Goldberg’s $3.99 Million Loft in SoHo
0Oscar-winning actress and the moderator Whoopi Goldberg has placed her New York City loft on market to sale. It’s situated in the heart of SoHo, near the Washington Square Park, and priced for $3.99 million.
The listing says “there are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 3,600 square feet. The loft space seems to reflect its owner, and there are no signs that a decorator had much to do with it”. Anyways, we can say it “looks like Whoopi.”

Sally Field’s $6.95 Million Malibu Garden House
0Most of us probably should got sucked into watching the first two seasons of “Brothers & Sisters” by Sally Field.
She has a house in Malibu. It was built in 1958 and stands on over 3 acres. It consists of a tennis court, pool, three-stall horse paddock, hay barn, and access to riding trails. She bought the land in 2004 for $4,822,500.
Recently Sally put her Malibu home on the market to sale for $6.95 million.
