The Bachelorette: Trista and Ryan Sutter Have a Baby Boy

0

Trista and Ryan are one of the only happy endings that have lasted long beyond the final credits of the show. I was one of the 20 million viewers who tuned in to watch their pink wedding on TV in 2003. The couple now lives in Vail, Colorado. Last July they had their first baby, a son named Maxwell Alston. Here’s his nursery:

Matthew Perry, Perennial bachelor, just bought a 4,100 square-foot bachelor pad in L.A. for $4.5 million.

Born in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Matthew Perry was raised in Ottawa, Ontario, where he became a top-ranked junior tennis player in Canada. However, after moving to Los Angeles at the age of 15 to live with his father (actor John Bennett Perry), he became more interested in acting. In addition to performing in several high school stage productions, he remained an avid tennis player. Perry ranked 17th nationally in the junior singles category and third in the doubles category. Upon graduating from high school, Perry intended to enroll at the University of Southern California. However, when he was offered a leading role on the television series, “Second Chance” (1987), he seized the opportunity to begin his acting career.

According to Sotheby’s International Realty, the house is a “spectacular modern home with soaring mountain, city, and ocean views. Located at the end of a quiet, hilltop cul-de-sac, this one-of-a-kind gated estate flows effortlessly, lives graciously, and speaks lifestyle.”

Whoopi Goldberg’s $3.99 Million Loft in SoHo

0

Oscar-winning actress and the moderator Whoopi Goldberg has placed her New York City loft on market to sale. It’s situated in the heart of SoHo, near the Washington Square Park, and priced for $3.99 million.

The listing says “there are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with 3,600 square feet. The loft space seems to reflect its owner, and there are no signs that a decorator had much to do with it”. Anyways, we can say it “looks like Whoopi.”
